General Information Text According to the Law on Protection of Personal Data
1. Identity of the Data Controller
As Eren Holding A.Ş. (“Company”), we present the following matters for your information within the scope of our information obligation regarding your personal data that we obtain as the data controller within the scope of Article 10 of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Complied with in Fulfilling the Information Obligation (“Communiqué”).
In addition to the information provided during the collection of personal data from relevant persons such as Job Candidates and Employees, it is also intended to inform the following persons whose personal data are obtained from third parties with this general information text.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
In line with the business processes of our Company, we, as the Company, process the identity and contact data of the employees and officials of the supplier companies with which we have commercial business relations; In case of visiting our company, we collect the identity, contact information, license plate information, and security camera footage of our visitors; The identity and contact information of the persons who contact our Company through the website, call center or in person, as well as their opinions and suggestions about our Company;

3. Transfer of Personal Data and the Purpose of Transfer
The personal data explained in Article 2 of this Disclosure Text may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, to our business partners whose services we use in the conduct of our commercial activities and to our Group companies within Eren Holding, for the purposes specified in the same article and depending on and limited to the reasons requiring transfer within the scope of the Law and relevant regulations.
4. Collection Method and Legal Reason of Personal Data
The personal data in question is, in accordance with Article 5 of the Law; Data is processed automatically or non-automatically by means such as verbal and written notifications made by you, applications that keep records of visits to our website, security camera recordings, and based on legal grounds such as being expressly provided for in the laws, performance of the contract, legal obligations of the data controller, legitimate interests of the data controller.
5. Your Rights Regarding the Protection of Personal Data
